S355JO+N plates and sheets are high-strength structural steel, low carbon, possessing good weldability and impact properties. Their composition consists of carbon (≤ 0.20%), manganese (≤ 1.60%), silicon (≤ 0.55%), phosphorus (≤ 0.035%), sulfur (≤ 0.035%), and nitrogen (≤ 0.012%). They have minimum yield strength of 355 MPa with tensile strength ranging from 470-630 MPa, and good toughness at -20°C (Charpy impact ≥ 27J).
